Eating Pattern and Eating Behavior during Covid-19 Pandemic: Survey on Adults who Work from Home

Covid-19 pandemic impacts many changes in daily life, either health, social, economic, and psychological context. People will be most likely to change the way they live their life every day, including eating working. This research aims describe empirically how was pattern behavior on adults who work from home (WFH) during pandemic. Instruments used this were The Eating Pattern Questionnaire Behavior Questionnaire, adapted Adult (He, Jinbo, et.al., 2019). Total of 338 respondents (age mean = 35,13 years old; 69.8% female) various professional backgrounds across Indonesia had completed questionnaires. Results based descriptive statistical analysis implied experience while WFH, such as: more food consumption, increased snack time, less consumption fruit vegetables, physical exercise. Changes behavior, namely: 1) enjoy meal time more; 2) excited try new variants food; 3) feel uncomfortable for delayed meal-time; 4) get hungry easily; 5) think about when not busy. sets foundation regulation or intervention strategy healthy as a notable indicator nutritional mental health status.
